Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Sunrise Woodland Roofing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services Provided

Sunrise Woodland Roofing provides professional roofing services including but not limited to roof repair, roof replacement, roof installation, roof inspection and maintenance, gutter installation and repair, and emergency roofing services. All services are provided in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, and our current workload.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on initial assessments and are subject to change based on the actual scope of work required. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Prices do not include permits, fees, or costs for unforeseen issues discovered during the project. You will be notified of any additional costs before we proceed with extra work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days of project completion, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property in accordance with California law.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on our labor. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing with your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, alterations by others, or normal wear and tear. To maintain your warranty, you must follow recommended maintenance guidelines.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee. If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Liability and Insurance

Sunrise Woodland Roofing carries liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that were not disclosed during the initial assessment.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our crew and equipment. This includes clearing driveways, removing vehicles if needed, and securing pets. You are responsible for removing or protecting valuable items in or around the work area.

Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary permits when required and ensure all work complies with local building codes. You are responsible for providing accurate property information and notifying us of any homeowners association requirements or restrictions.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation may be subject to mediation or arbitration in Yolo County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
